The Fall Conference opens with a timely look at the forces shaping the engineering industry and the leadership needed to navigate what comes next.

ACEC President & CEO Linda Bauer Darr will welcome attendees before a panel of economic, market intelligence, research, and firm leaders examines the outlook for the engineering industry, including the market conditions, investment trends, workforce pressures, and growth opportunities influencing firms across the country.

The conversation then turns from what’s ahead to how we lead through it. In Leadership When It Matters Most, Team Rubicon founder Jake Wood draws on lessons from the battlefield, the boardroom, and the front lines of disaster response to explore what it takes to make decisions under pressure, build resilient teams, and lead with clarity through uncertainty.

Together, these conversations offer a look at both the challenges and opportunities ahead—and what engineering leaders can do to meet the moment.
