The Full Attendee fee includes: the Welcome Reception, Monday and Tuesday Receptions, four plenary sessions, three breakfasts, two luncheons, networking breaks, education and partner sessions, roundtables, committee and coalition meetings and access to the Conference Meeting App. A separate purchase is needed for special activities and tours.

Group Registration Discount: A group registration discount is available for ACEC members registering as Full Attendees. Every 3rd registration receives a 20% off discount (e.g. If you register 6 people, 2 registrations will receive the 20% discount). All attendees must be registered in one session using Group Registration to receive the discount.

A special discount exists for ACEC members who are attending their first ACEC Fall Conference. To check if you are eligible for the discount, select "First Time Attendee" as your registration type and the fee will appear if you are eligible. If you are not, you will need to select a new registration type to continue.

A special discount exists for members who qualify as Young Professionals (under the age of 35). To check if you are eligible for this discount, select Young Professional as your registration type. You will be asked to provide your birth year if it is not already in our database. If you are eligible, the correct fee will appear. If you are not, you will need to select a new registration type to continue.

Select your Registration Type as "Daily Attendee" so the daily attendee rates appear. ACEC members can only register for one day. Daily attendee fees include meal functions, education sessions, partner sessions and general sessions for that day.

If you are planning on registering for the Legal Counsel Forum Only, select "Legal Counsel Forum Only" as your registration type. This is limited to members of the Legal Counsel Forum. Receptions in the exhibit hall are not included in this fee but tickets to the receptions can be purchased.

The guest registration section will follow optional event selection. Fill out the appropriate information. Please be sure to include your guest's email address and not your own. Guests must register in order to participate in any activity. The guest fee includes the Welcome Reception, Monday and Tuesday Receptions as well as the the Guest Hospitality Lounge which will be open on Monday and Tuesday mornings. If guests wish to attend education sessions, they must register as an attendee. Additional fees apply for special events and tours.
