Registration

Refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or before September 24, 2026 minus a processing fee.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to meetings@acec.org. For more information, please review our Event Policies.
Yes, substitutions are welcome if transferring to another employee of the same firm. Written notification must be submitted by September 24, 2026 to meetings@acec.org
How to Add a Session or Guest in Your ACEC Account
Follow the steps below to add a new session to your event schedule:
- Log In to Your ACEC Account and select "My Account"
- Navigate to the Event
- In the top right corner, click My Events
- Select the event you want to update from your list, in this case 2026 Fall Conference
- Locate the Sessions Section
- Scroll down past the Badge Information section.
- On the left-hand side, you’ll see the Sessions area.
- Click the Add Session button.
- Locate the Guests section
- Scroll past the Session section, you’ll see the Guest area.
- Click the Add Guest button.
Hotel
The 2026 Fall Conference will be held at the JW Marriott Phoenix Dessert Ridge, located at 5350 East Marriott Drive, Phoenix, AZ.
Yes. The ACEC discounted room rate at the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge is $339 per night, plus a $20 nightly resort fee, plus applicable taxes. This rate is available through September 24, 2026, or until the ACEC room block sells out. Once registration is complete, attendees will receive a confirmation email with instructions and a link to reserve their room.
No. Should you be contacted by another company stating that they are a housing company for ACEC or asking to make your reservation, be aware that these have not been authorized to contact ACEC attendees and are not affiliated or endorsed by ACEC.
If contacted by an unauthorized broker, please notify the ACEC Meetings & Events department at meetings@acec.org. Booking through an unauthorized service provider could result in unconfirmed bookings. If this occurs, the hotel may have no obligation to provide you with the accommodations you were expecting. Do not fall victim to this practice — book your hotel room directly through ACEC's reservation link.
General
Business attire is requested for the Board of Directors meeting on Sunday, October 25.
All other Fall Conference events will be business casual.
Phoenix, AZ in October s typically warm and sunny during the day, with cooler temperatures after sunset. Daytime temperatures generally range from the high-80s to low-90s°F, with cooler mornings and evenings.
Attendees are encouraged to dress in layers as meeting rooms tend to be cool.
Registration will open on Saturday, October 24 at 12:00 pm, and remain open daily throughout the conference.
