Since January 20, 2025, changes in the federal acquisition process—both implemented and planned— have been seismic. Most have occurred at the presidential level and at the agency level, while others are planned for statutes.  This talk will present these developments divided into three general categories: what policies will not change between the Biden and Trump administrations; what policies from the first Trump administration will return in the second Trump administration; and what Biden policies will be revoked.
