Felsburg Holt & Ullevig President Holly Buck will share how FHU tackled year five of their five-year strategic plan with a focus on innovation, AI, and creating a path for another successful 40 years of business. We will discuss how FHU’s recent AI-based organizational platform pilot program was implemented: the decision to act, the employee led innovation initiative that informed it, and the ultimate deployment.
