Holly Buck, President of Felsburg Holt & Ullevig (FHU), is a transportation leader with more than 30 years of experience advancing multimodal mobility across the Rocky Mountain region and beyond. As President, she is helping shape FHU’s future – playing a key role in the development and execution of the firm’s last two strategic plans and championing its 2026 focus on innovation and emerging technologies.

A licensed Professional Engineer, Holly founded FHU’s transit planning and design practice and has built a career at the intersection of engineering, mobility, and innovation. Her recent leadership includes RTD’s Regional BRT Feasibility Study, which established a vision for a regional bus rapid transit network across the Denver metropolitan area, as well as the design of Federal Boulevard BRT, the Colorado Department of Transportation’s first bus rapid transit corridor.

Holly holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering–Transportation from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Portland. Her leadership reflects a career-long commitment to combining technical expertise, strategic thinking, and innovation to move the transportation industry forward.
