Brad Wermers is President of Banner Associates, Inc., headquartered in Brookings, South Dakota, where he leads the company’s 130 person staff with a passion for innovation. With over 30 years of leadership experience, Brad is currently driving a cultural transformation in partnership with his newly appointed Innovation and Technology Manager. Known for his strategic vision and dedication to empowering teams, Brad is guiding the company to embrace the coming wave of innovation with confidence and purpose.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and seeks out opportunities to backpack across the globe, immersing himself in the diverse cultures and perspectives each journey offers.
