Chris Mulleavey is the President and CEO of Hoyle Tanner, a consulting engineering, planning, and surveying firm serving New England and Florida. Since being elected President in 2013, Chris has guided the firm with a strong focus on innovation, sustainability, and growth, while cultivating a workplace culture that prioritizes mentorship, professional development, and work-life balance. He has been instrumental in developing firmwide leadership training initiatives in collaboration with the Director of Operations, expanding opportunities for employees at all career stages.

Recognized as a NH Top 200 Industry Leader by NH Business Review in both 2019 and 2021, Chris is widely respected as a collaborative and forward-thinking leader. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the American Public Works Association New England Chapter and ACEC-NH. His past leadership roles include serving as Chair of the NH Board of Professional Engineers, the NH Good Roads Association, and several community advisory boards.
