2025 COLLEGE OF FELLOWS INDUCTEE

Hailing from the Missouri side of Kansas City, Erica grew up with a perfect grid-system of roads but not knowing what a well or septic system was. Her adventurous spirit led her to Alaska in 2003, but she balanced her outdoor adventures with her love of everything neat and orderly and graduating summa cum laude with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and an M.S. Engineering Management from the University of Alaska Anchorage. As a senior project manager with DOWL, Erica works mostly on state and aviation projects designing highways, roads, trails, and airports.

When she’s not entangled in contracts or excel, you can find Erica running, rock climbing, skiing, mountain biking, camping, or (her personal favorite) traveling! Erica loves a good debate and has learned that the ability to laugh at herself is a valuable life skill.
