Nationally known government contracts expert, Jim Nagle was the former chief of the US Army Logistics and Contract Law branch. He has represented both the government and contractors in front of the boards of contract appeals, the US court of federal claims, the court of appeals for the federal circuit, the GAO, and the SBA. He is the co-author, with Professors Ralph Nash and John Cibinic of the classic Administration of Government Contracts, now in its 6th edition.
