Keith Foxx, is President & CEO at FOXXSTEM, an award winning civil engineering firm headquartered in Washington, DC who’s motto is “Building People, Elevating Communities and Engineering Solutions.”. He is a professional civil engineer licensed in Washington, DC, Virginia and Maryland. Keith has over 20 years of experience in planning, designing and executing major infrastructure projects in the DC metro region, Pennsylvania and West Virginia in transportation, water and energy.

He has both public agency experience and private industry experience working for one of the local DBE engineering firms and one of the larger regional engineering firms. He is a Howard University graduate and currently serves on various boards, committees and commissions including the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) and as a Commissioner for the Fairfax County Transportation Advisory Committee.
