Mr. McMahon is a Senior Research Consultant with the ACEC REsearch Institute. He has extensive experience in the Engineering Industry as the former CEO Nad Chairman of Edwards and Kelcey, a 2,000 person National Infrststructure Engineering Firm. Mr. McMahon was also the Group President for Jacobs Infrastructure Engineering business as well as Group President for Jacobs Asia business. He also has been active in the Industry and is a former Chairman of DPC as well as a Board Member for CIRT.
