Linda Moen is the President and majority owner of EFK Moen, LLC, a civil engineering design firm with three offices in the St. Louis region, and offices in Chicago and Atlanta. Linda is a graduate of the University of Missouri College of Engineering (MIZZOU!) and started her career with the Missouri Department of Transportation in 1985. After 13 years in design and operations in the St. Louis and Jefferson City Districts, Linda left MoDOT to create EFK Moen with three other partners.

EFK Moen has been in business for over twenty-seven years providing engineering design and professional land surveying to state DOT’s, counties and municipalities on significant roadway and bridge projects. As the managing member of the firm, Linda is responsible for leadership, financial, business and personnel management, business development and engineering design.

With a passion for the business of engineering, Linda has held leadership roles in many engineering and business organizations. Linda is active in ACEC Missouri, Illinois and Georgia, and has served as Board Chair in both Missouri and Illinois. She is also a Trustee for the ACEC Business Insurance Trust.

Outside of work, Linda is a faithful church member and has been enthusiastically married to Terry for over 40 years with two incredibly fun children, Andy and Sharie.
