I would like to thank my mother, Lisa Smith, for fearlessly showing me what a working mom and engineer can do. I would also like to thank my best friends and now coworkers, Jennifer and Hannah, for being a sounding board and voice of support through the past years. Without the three of them and countless others to support and encourage I would not be who or where I am today.
