Based in New York City, Ying is currently the Senior Director of Growth Consulting at Zweig Group, the leading research, publishing, and consulting firm for the AEC industry.

At Zweig Group, Ying leads high-impact strategic growth planning engagements with various AEC firms across the country and is often retained as a fractional Chief Strategy Officer to support implementation and long-term growth. Her expertise spans strategy design and execution, business development, market expansion, client management and acquisition, and CRM optimization. Known for her ability to integrate data with insight and translate vision into action, Ying helps firms drive alignment, performance, and measurable outcomes.

Ying holds an MBA and BBA from Baruch College (City University of New York), is a LEED AP BD+C, and is multilingual—fluent in English, Korean, and Chinese, with intermediate proficiency in French and Japanese.
