Keith Foxx, PE

Keith Foxx, is President & CEO at FOXXSTEM, an award-winning civil engineering firm headquartered in Washington, DC with the mission of “Building People, Elevating Communities and Engineering Solutions”. He is a professional civil engineer licensed in Washington, DC, Virginia and Maryland. Keith has over 20 years of experience in planning, designing and executing major infrastructure projects in the DC metro region, Pennsylvania and West Virginia in transportation, water and energy. He has both public agency and private industry experience working for local and state government and regional engineering firms. He is a Howard University graduate and has served on various boards and commissions including ACEC Metropolitan Washington, ACEC at a national level, and as a Commissioner for the Fairfax County Transportation Advisory Committee.
