Lisa M. Robert, PE, is Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board of Directors of RS&H, a national, 100% employee-owned architecture, engineering, and consulting firm. With more than 35 years of experience in the AEC industry, she has held leadership roles across both the public and private sectors and is recognized for her strategic vision, operational leadership, and commitment to advancing the profession.
Since joining RS&H in 2010, Lisa has helped lead the firm’s growth and transformation, strengthening its employee ownership culture while advancing initiatives that enhance client service and business performance. Today, she is guiding the firm’s Amplify 2030 strategy, focused on expanding impact for clients, communities, and employee owners.
A licensed professional engineer, Lisa serves on the ACEC Research Institute Board of Directors and in leadership roles with ARTBA. She is passionate about developing future industry leaders and shaping the future of the AEC profession.
