We’re excited to welcome scholarship recipients to the 2026 ACEC Fall Conference, October 25–28 in Phoenix, Arizona. During your time at Fall Conference, you’ll have the opportunity to meet engineering industry leaders, connect with fellow scholarship recipients, explore the exhibit hall, hear from nationally recognized speakers, and be recognized as part of ACEC’s celebration of the next generation of engineering talent.

Below, you’ll find important information to help you make the most of your Fall Conference experience.

Monday, October 26

  • Exhibit Hall
    • Explore the Fall Conference exhibit hall and meet companies and organizations serving the engineering industry.
  • ACEC College of Fellows Honorees Reception (4:15–5:15 p.m.)
    • As a scholarship winner, you’re invited to join the ACEC College of Fellows and fellow award recipients being recognized at Fall Conference for a special reception. Meet and celebrate alongside leaders, honorees, and emerging talent from across the engineering community.
  • Reception with Exhibitors (5:00–6:00 p.m.)
    • Connect with attendees and exhibitors from across the engineering industry.

Tuesday, October 27

  • Breakfast with Exhibitors (7:00–8:00 a.m.)
  • NCEES Scholarship Recipient Breakfast (7:00–8:00 a.m.)
    For NCEES Scholarship recipients only

    • NCEES scholarship recipients are invited to a special breakfast with NCEES and ACEC Research Institute leadership. Photos will be taken during the breakfast, so please plan accordingly.
  • General Session (8:00–9:00 a.m.)
    • Start the day with the Fall Conference General Session and hear from leaders tackling the issues shaping engineering firms and the broader business environment.
  • Education & Partner Sessions
    • Explore sessions throughout the morning covering business, leadership, technology, workforce, advocacy, and other issues affecting the engineering industry.
  • Required: Awards Lunch Rehearsal (Time: To Be Announced)
    • All scholarship recipients participating in the Awards Lunch recognition must attend a brief rehearsal prior to the program. We’ll walk through staging, timing, and everything you need to know before the event.
  • Required: ACEC Awards Lunch (11:30 a.m.–1:45 p.m.)
    Dress Code: Business Attire

    • Join ACEC leaders and Fall Conference attendees as we celebrate outstanding individuals across the engineering industry—including the ACEC Research Institute’s scholarship recipients.
