Courtney Salati is the Managing Partner of MPact Partners, the firm that pioneered Functional Leadership Development™: diagnosing where a company’s leadership system is failing before prescribing any solution.

Courtney has spent more than 25 years in leadership strategy, organizational effectiveness, and executive advisory work. MPact has worked with ACEC member firms for over a decade, building leadership systems and advising CEOs and principals on succession planning, executive coaching, leadership development and HR strategy.

Courtney holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Purdue University and a Master’s degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from The University of Illinois, and is the author of the forthcoming book The Dog Park Theory of Leadership.
