An accomplished designer and developer of learning and development programs, surveys, focus group frameworks, and 360 feedback instruments, Melanie Oliver is a partner, and Chief Learning Officer, in the consulting firm MPact Partners.
A business consultant since 2016, Melanie has honed her skill in asking the right questions in order to help clients reach their business and learning objectives.
In any engagement, her ultimate goal is to speak the client’s language, ensuring the custom solutions she provides look and feel like the client organization. Writing ‘near-real’ scenarios and business simulations that capture a client’s culture and language, and developing exercises and tools to facilitate reflection and application are some of her areas of expertise.
Prior to her consulting career, Melanie spent 20 years in corporate learning and development, gaining experience in project management, sales, call centers, technical and procedural writing, instructional design, and leadership development program facilitation.
