Glenn Muzyka is Director of Design and Construction at TSMC Arizona, where he leads the design and construction of new facility projects across the company’s Phoenix campus. He has played a key role in developing advanced manufacturing infrastructure for some of the world’s leading semiconductor companies. Prior to joining TSMC, Glenn held construction and supply chain leadership roles supporting major projects for organizations including TSMC, Micron, GlobalWafers, SUNY CNSE, GlobalFoundries, and Applied Materials. Glenn brings a global perspective to large-scale manufacturing development, having spent 10 years in Taiwan and two years in Japan leading critical semiconductor and advanced technology projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Sciences from McMaster University and an MBA from National Cheng Kung University. In addition to his professional responsibilities, Glenn serves on the City of Phoenix Development Advisory Board and lectures at Arizona State University’s Del E. Webb School of Construction, where he teaches courses focused on Advanced Technology Facilities.
