James Augustyn

James Augustyn serves as Senior Vice President of Operations for Austin Commercial, where he helps lead the company’s construction operations and continued growth in the advanced technology sector. Since joining Austin in 2004, he has held a variety of project management and leadership roles, contributing to some of the firm’s most significant aviation and semiconductor manufacturing projects. His experience spans all phases of project delivery, from planning and coordination through construction execution on large, complex developments. With more than two decades of construction industry experience, James brings extensive expertise in program and project management, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and construction operations. His work in the wafer fabrication and semiconductor markets has helped support the delivery of critical facilities that are shaping the future of advanced manufacturing in the United States
