Mr. Rathke is a Vice President and Principal at Mead & Hunt, Inc. in Wisconsin. He is active on ACEC’s Transportation Committee and Risk Management Committee. He has served as National Director, Chairman of the Board, and Nominating Committee Chair for ACEC Wisconsin. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin – Platteville.
