Laura Merryfield is a Project Leader at Partners for Public Good (PPG), supporting government staff to plan, procure, and deliver public infrastructure projects. As the Equity in Infrastructure Project’s contracted partner, Laura has led the development of the Playbook for Prosperity and direct training and technical assistance to its 100+ signatory agencies. Prior to joining PPG at its launch in February 2025, Laura spent four years at the Harvard Kennedy School Government Performance Lab, leading research, transformation, and education projects focused on improving operational processes, increasing vendor engagement, and empowering government leaders. Laura’s roots in community organizing and more than a decade of experience in policy advocacy and implementation inform their commitment to elevating constituent voice in decision-making.

Laura is a graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government (M.P.P.) and the University of California, Berkeley (B.A.).
