Qiana McKoy has made tremendous contributions to the transportation community since joining HNTB in 2019. As a manager in the firm’s Infrastructure and Mobility Equity group, Qiana supports execution of the firm’s commitment and thought leadership in inclusive infrastructure with policy makers, clients, and employees.

In addition to her work at HNTB, Qiana is an active member of the Conference of Minority Transportation Officials, serving on various local and national committees. She diligently strives to encourage the future growth of the transportation industry through career exposure for college students and early career professionals.

Qiana is a past recipient of both the COMTO National and COMTO Atlanta Emerging Leader of the Year awards, as well as the WTS Atlanta Diversity Leadership award in recognition of her passion and commitment to the transportation industry. She has an M.A. in Communications Management from Webster University and a B.A. in Telecommunications from Morgan State University in Baltimore, MD.
