Andy Rahden serves as Bentley’s Chief Revenue Officer, responsible for leading the company’s global accounts organization. Since joining Bentley in 2023, Andy has served as senior vice president of Solution Engineering and Services, overseeing Bentley’s global team of application engineers, solution architects, consultants, and technical account managers who partner with major accounts to integrate new technologies into their workflows. Andy has more than two decades of experience in digital design software. Before Bentley, he was CEO of educational technology company Shmoop and held senior leadership roles at Pluralsight where he founded the company’s Creative, Design, and Engineering group and Autodesk where he held several global leadership roles in technical sales and services. Earlier in his career, he worked in water infrastructure design with Baker Hughes and in sales management for a SolidWorks distributor. Andy holds a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Utah.
